Inveroykel Lodge is a magnificent country house set in private grounds, above the confluence of the River Cassley and River Oykel. The public rooms and some of the five spacious bedrooms, enjoy panoramic views of Strathoykel, Glen Cassley and the mountains beyond. No expense has been spared on the comfort and luxury of the Lodge, with traditional country house style and sheer quality of furnishings giving it a genuine 'homely' atmosphere. Our knowledgeable and professional housekeeper will ensure that guests are free to enjoy all their time on 'their own private Highland Estate'.

Inveroykel Estate is 18,000 acres situated between the lush green of Balnagown Estate and the wilderness of Duchally - so it offers easy access to both types of landscape. This Highland Estate is a mixture of woodland glen and heather moorland with sweeping views down Strathoykel and the lower River Oykel where we have fishing rights on this famous Scottish salmon river.

Nearby are the famous links golf courses at Royal Dornoch, Tain and Brora. Perfect for fishing, golf, walking and wildlife spotting but also close to the charming Highland village of Rosehall.

  
 

Newspapers, food and drink can be pre-ordered and delivered to the Lodge for your arrival. Menus are fully discussed with guests, using the very best Highland produce, some from Balnagown Estates.

If you are planning a group holiday or special occasion, Inveroykel Lodge is an ideal and easily accessible venue.

The Estate also offers superb accommodation at Tigh a Rhos - pronounced 'Tie-a-ros'. This is a modern and homely bungalow, ideal for families and exploring the Highlands. An ordering service can also be provided for guests staying at Tigh a Rhos.

If your preference is for the cosier traditional country cottage, then Milton Cottage is the one for you. Ideally situated for the outdoor types who are keen to enjoy all that the highlands have to offer.
